As AVP of Finance and Administration at Valor Victoria, I lead our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams, dedicated to achieving excellence in financial operations. We are committed to delivering accuracy in invoicing our customers and ensuring timely payments to our vendors, building a reputation of reliability and trustworthiness. I am passionate about fostering an environment that values trust, embraces diversity of thought, and upholds a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. By nurturing leadership in others and collaborating closely with senior leadership, I drive operational excellence, support strategic decision making, and enhance overall organizational performance.

Background

Before joining Valor Victoria, I led a North American team of Credit, Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Audit professionals, dedicated to identifying and resolving the root causes of complex issues. As the lead on numerous process improvement projects and a subject matter expert in billing and receivables, I continuously strive for operational efficiency and excellence. I am a lifelong learner with a passion for personal growth and education, holding both an MBA and an MS in Organizational Leadership (MSOL). I encourage others to embrace learning daily and strive for continuous improvement. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter in Nebraska. We are proud Nebraska Huskers fans and welcome anyone to experience the excitement of Lincoln on game day!
